      To support the growth of our organization and the maturation of the team and our technical services offerings I took a role as a project director in late 2016. My responsibilities shifted from managing the execution of an individuals and the team of engineers in Golden to a broader role in business development, client interface and refinement of our best practices and standard project delivery mechanisms. I maintained some project responsibilities taking on the larger more complex new construction commissioning projects including a large new construction steam plant (125,000 #/hr); LEED certified multi building mixed use campus, laboratory and hospital projects.
