  Culture of Safety lead

  - Firstly, I handle the machine buy off, safe machine and inspection machine. - After that I focus on the Culture of Safety, I lead the Culture of Safety team to build up the mindset about Safety. Give the training to the leaders and workers about Safety Gemba, Behavior Based Safety, Nearmiss, Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis,.. - Understand and apply the Nike and government standard.- Reporting and monthly update about Culture of Safety process to Nike.- I also handle the safety of 1 factory about 1200 workers that applying the Culture of Safety.- Working with team to prepare the event for Women day (8-3) and monthly HS Quiz for workers.
