  My involvement in marketing originated from my passion for photography, which served as my gateway into this exciting field. As I delved deeper, I discovered a world of challenges and opportunities that shaped my journey within the Marketing Commission.Throughout this journey, I acquired essential skills such as social media management, audiovisual production, content creation, website maintenance, product design, and the organization and participation in events. This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of marketing, from strategy to practical execution.In the sub-area, we worked tirelessly to create effective outreach strategies and promote community engagement. Additionally, I actively participated in the creation of creative and impactful content that resonated with our target audience. Show less My entry into the Project represented the fulfillment of a long-held dream: the group was a reference that I had long admired, and becoming part of it was a significant achievement.From the beginning, my passion for chemistry and propulsion drove me to deeply involve myself in the project. However, over time, I discovered that the field of propulsion encompasses a wide range of exciting and challenging activities.Responsibilities in the area include the development and testing of rocket engines for the project, using CAD tools, thermodynamic simulations, and custom programming codes written in Python. These tasks provided hands-on engineering experience and allowed me to actively contribute to the project's advancements.Additionally, I had the incredible opportunity to represent the Jupiter Project in national and international competitions, notably achieving a three-peat at the Latin American Space Challenge (LASC) in the years 2021, 2022, and 2023. Our team, which values multidisciplinarity and is dedicated to self-development (SRAD - Student Researched and Developed), has stood out for its continuous innovation, including the recent development of a hybrid motor.This journey has been incredibly enriching, providing me the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in practice, work in a multidisciplinary environment, and contribute to significant advancements in the field of propulsion and aerospace technology in Brazil.   My journey as the Academic Director at Centro Moraes Rego (CMR) began as a result of my passion for engaging with the academic community and my commitment to the well-being of students. Since the early days of college, I was warmly welcomed by CMR and quickly became involved in its activities and events. It was only natural that I was invited to join the management team as the Academic Director.In this role, my main responsibilities included assisting students with common academic life issues, such as orientation for newcomers, enrollment-related queries, academic doubts, internship coordination, and facilitating communication between students and professors, among other tasks.Furthermore, I actively collaborated in various other activities organized by CMR, including writing articles for the academic journal, coordinating course discussions, organizing roundtable discussions, planning parties, and events for the external community, such as the "Solidarity Christmas."This experience provided me with a diverse set of skills, including event planning, analytical ability, leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), communication skills, critical analysis, and problem-solving. As part of our mission, I have worked tirelessly to empower small streamers to reach professional levels in their careers, providing access to specialized courses and essential resources to enhance their setups and broadcasts.Additionally, at GalionX, we facilitate meaningful connections among streamers, creating a space where gaming enthusiasts can find partners for competitions and build friendships with people who share their passions and play the same titles.During my journey at GalionX, we achieved notable milestones, including securing the second place in the 2022 Startups Garage by the Entrepreneurship League of the Polytechnic School, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and innovation. Furthermore, we had the honor of participating in #CPBR14 (Campus Party São Paulo), where we showcased our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) at our own booth, solidifying our presence and our role in transforming the e-sports community.   As the co-founder and marketing coordinator of the Forge Team at the Polytechnic School, I play a crucial role in structuring and strengthening our extension group. Our main focus is to establish strategic partnerships with sponsors and experienced partners while developing training programs for team members. Additionally, we work tirelessly to solidify our presence on social media. The Forge Team, based at the renowned Polytechnic School of USP, is comprised of undergraduate students with a clear goal: to develop innovative solutions in the field of metallurgy and materials. Our team is truly multidisciplinary, bringing together creative minds from various areas of knowledge. We aim to create a collaborative environment that not only enhances the technical skills of our members but also fosters valuable knowledge exchange among students, professors, and industry professionals.In the first semester of 2023, we achieved significant milestones in our journey. Recently, we took a major step by establishing a strategic partnership with Santander/USP/FUSP, strengthening our resources and growth opportunities. Additionally, we were selected for the pitch day of the Friends of Poli Endowment Fund projects, highlighting the relevance of our efforts and proposals. Not least, we secured first place in the Engagement Campaign of the same fund, showcasing the strong impact that the Forge Team has on the polytechnic community. These recognitions reinforce our commitment to innovation and our role as agents of transformation in our field. I am extremely proud to be part of this team and contribute to our mission of innovation and transformation in the field of metallurgy and materials. Show less
