  Standing Alternate to Principal Representative

  I acted as a key leaison for the CBR-IAIS cooperation and as a standing alternate to the CBR top management at the Macroprudential and Implementation and Assessment Committees.I coordinated IAIS-CBR implementation assessments of 4-6 ICPs yearly and of the Holistic Framework.I also delivered a key project of joining IAIS MMoU by amending the state legislation, set up and oversaw information exchange process between the Central Bank and foreign insurance supervisors.

  Policy Research Analyst and Country Representative

  FIN is an analytical working group within the Financial Stability Board (FSB) that consists of representatives of financial market regulators-members of the FSB. As a member of FIN I was engaged in research of financial innovations and related systemic risks and policy negotiation. I actively participated in drafting of two papers: Fintech and market structure in financial services, BigTech in finance.

  HEAD OF POLICY ANALYSIS AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION UNIT

  I was responsible for managing a team of 15 analysts in 3 types of tasks: 1) policy research, analytical writing and top management consulting2) cooperation with international organisations focused on financial stability and emerging issues (G20 financial track, FSB, NGFS, IAIS, BIS CGFS, partly IMF and BIS) - coordination, risk analysis, policy negotiation, implementation assessment3) project and event development, planning and management - we made things happenI focused on financial stability issues caused by climate and natural risks, ESG, fintech and crypto assets, macroprudential risks in banking and insurance. I carried out analysis and proposed policy measures in order to promote sustainable economic development.I co-authored analytical reports, policy papers and biannual Financial Stability Reviews and contributed to reports published by international organizations.I headed secretariat support of an internal group on climate risk management and an external network of industry specialists on ESG. As part of this work my staff organised outreach events with sustainability specialists to discuss emerging trends and share experiences. These helped us formulate Key tactical ESG objectives of the Central bank.As a champion on FinTech at the Fiancial Stability Department I led discussions on financial stability risks of CBDC, crypto assets, stablecoins, DeFi, BigTechs, Financial Ecosystems, RegTech/SupTech.
