I was also in charge of the finance department and all its related activities.

Responsibilities also included supervising and training the staff members of the audit department.4) Examining the accounting software used by the Group.5) Instated a standard chart of accounts used by the Group.6) Standardized the policies and procedures adopted by the Group.7) Audited the HR function, files and procedures.8) Reviewed the feasibility studies at the holding company level for appropriateness.9) Audited the shareholders’ records and related actions and cash flows.10) Supervised the work of 4 staff members in the internal audit department.11) Assisted in the preparation of the audited consolidated financial statements (quarterly and annually) and their related disclosures.12) Assisted in the preparation of the actual monthly financial positions and the forecasts for the year and analyzing variances.
