Assisting other Project Directors by implementing strategies to improve product delivery and financial performance acquired the position of National Development Manager. Encompassing all aspects of realty operations on SEQ projects including North Lakes, Forest Lake, Springfield and Varsity Lakes. Product development was a large aspect of the role and lead to the delivery of new housing types such as "The Warehouse" featured in Varsity Cove.
