The case study exemplifies the critical aspects of negotiation among involved stakeholders, the negative effects of improper restructuring interventions, and how in decline and crisis unsustainable debt burden accelerates disruption of value.

  Title of final dissertation: "An adaptive multi-strategy approach for portfolio construction".I developed a Portfolio optimization strategy which time by time selects a limitednumber of assets according to the best model, chosen following strictcriteria.- Main models used: Minimum Variance Portfolio, Minimum Cvar Portfolio,Risk Parity portfolio (etc)- Tools used: Matlab, Datastream, Latex.
