Working with the Group Leader, Waste Policy Manager and Waste Operations Manager to prepare tenders and quotations for the provision of work to be undertaken by external contractors, where applicable.To work closely with WRAP / external agencies as Welsh Government appointed change practitioners on the review.To liaise closely with the Council’s Transport Manager to ensure that the appropriate vehicles, plant and equipment are purchased for the Group.
