  I co-lead a chartered accounting firm that specialises in formal and informal insolvency engagements and lead the provision of forensic accounting and consulting services. Our insolvency practice covers both corporate and personal insolvencies including advising on the various procedures under the Companies Act 1993 and the Insolvency Act 2006. We also advise on issues connected with liquidations, receiverships and administrations such breach of director duties, voidable transactions, and in connection with bankruptcy: insolvent transactions, gifts and early discharge/annulment applications. We also deal with various issues involving the Personal Property Securities Act 1999. Our forensic accounting work includes IA’s, IBR’s, tracing, loss quantification and fraud investigations. I also appear as an expert witness in relation to forensic accounting matters. We also act as Court appointed managers under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988. We undertake engagements nationwide and work efficiently to achieve the best outcome for our clients. Show less
