  Working as a freelancer I have performed the following tasks, among others:1) Layout of several blocks for a radiation hardened ASIC such as: master bias, R2R DAC, comparator of a 10b ADC, among others.2) Design of the master bias of the power management for a radiation hardened ASIC.3) Design and layout of the receiver of a LVDS in 180nm working at 1.2Gbps.4) Design of input and output ESD protections for a 180nm project.5) Design of a relaxation oscillator tunable in frequency depending on an external resistor. Show less 1) Complete design in 180nm of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits cells such as: - Bandgaps - Operational amplifiers - Crystal oscillator tunable in different ranges of frequencies - Output drivers - LDO2) Verification and validation of the previous cells through different testbenches, including dc and ac performance and stability, startup, line and load regulation, power supply rejection ratio, among others.
