      MADtech company was launched in 2005. From small firm with few thousand euro starting budget, in few years we managed to create one of the strongest distributors in Poland when it comes to computer cases, headsets and gaming hardware, with few millions of euro turnover each year.I managed up to 20 people in purchasing and sales team, including hiring, training and coaching employees for achieving best possible results. Together we created from scratch new relationship management software with customers and suppliers, which increased a lot everyone efficiency and motivation for work. Many processes have became automated, what solved a lot of daily problems and improved our product offer integration at customers online shops.I was main negotiatior with most important suppliers and together with Purchasing team we achieved getting a status of an official distributor for Poland on very known brands like Thermaltake, Razer, Sennheiser or NZXT, even though much bigger companies were fighting also for those contracts.I helped the marketing and PR team, including mentoring about branding, storytelling, copy-writing, usability and SEO techniques. We managed to launch big marketing actions like for example together with Intel and Formula 1 BMW Sauber team, including polish F1 driver Robert Kubica. Show less

      I managed Caseking Poland Office on daily basis, including building up demand on own products, leading sales team and marketing/PR team, negotiating with bigger customers and solving unusual problems. During first year as a team we managed to increase sales over 700% and launched full local b2b webshop with 10.000 translated products.I have prepared many branding precise plans to build demand for partner manufacturers with using less marketing and more public relations techniques. As a Polish team, we have been sending three press releases every week to hardware websites and influencers.I was major person in Caseking, when it comes to automatic offer integration with resellers. This includes developing advanced software which helps save time and money to distributor and customer. I also worked a lot on tools helping to translate technical details of the products from German to other languages. For the last few years I built good partnership with all major resellers and negotiatied agreements with new ones.As team leader I am responsible for personnel managerment in branch office which includes hiring, training and coaching the rest of the team. I am fully responsible for advanced workflow automation with customers and distributor offer integration with clients including international EDI/XMLs.       With few times smaller budget than other competitors Sharkoon become number one bestseller in local market in mechanical keyboards and gaming headsets. This includes beating competitors like HyperX and Logitech. I built and kept very good relationship with media and influencers. I keep communicating clear branding message to local customers - "German quality for reasonable price" which become a known slogan for Sharkoon brand.
