  Logistics Coordinator • Input daily schedules and productions reports into the ERP for the manufacturing department to use when completing customer orders. • Oversee the shipment of product samples to potential customers for sales purposes. • Manage the transportation accounts payable process for 20+ company accounts. • On a weekly basis, schedule shuttles to the Ontario, CA and other shuttles as needed. • Track inventory for the Ontario, Hatfield, and Gouldsboro plants and run supply and demands to determine fill orders. • Verify and ensure prompt and timely shipment of packages to all customers and 100% accuracy of shipment details. Selected Contributions:• Saved the company $100K annually by identifying innovative process improvement solutions using correct cycle counts and through the utilization of UPS. • Generated $100K of new business by supplying new customers with sample products. • Proven record of fulfilling 1000+ customer orders per year ensuring consistent precision and exactness. • Successfully synchronized the inventory and cold storage process by installing J.D.
