  At Turner and Townsend, I have effectively managed comprehensive cost control for major projects such as HSBC India Pvt Ltd.’s Hyderabad Consolidation project, where I developed procurement strategies, oversaw program management, and secured budget approvals. My role encompassed cost planning at different design stages for Morgan Stanley's Parivartan project, including pre-tender estimates and monthly cost reporting. I managed all cost-related aspects of Microsoft’s Hyderabad campus, from BOQ validation to preparing cost-to-complete reports during the construction phase. Additionally, I facilitated monthly bill certifications, and non-tendered item negotiations, and provided CAPEX approvals for purchase orders. My responsibilities also included conducting tender analysis, leading cost analysis exercises for design refinement, and regularly liaising with clients for project updates and cost reporting.
