      I managed and implemented the Making Workplaces Safe program and handled partnerships at the Foundation. I was responsible for writing proposals and seeking new partnerships and opportunities among corporate, government, civil society and educational institutions to expand the Foundation's safety and inclusion agenda. I represented the Foundation and served as an External Member on various Internal Committees under the PoSH Act, 2013. A certified participatory trainer, I facilitated training sessions on the prevention of sexual harassment at workplace (PoSH), safety and inclusion, and mainstreaming gender in the workplace. I have trained 40 grassroots trainers in Sikkim, under the Foundation's partnership with the Sikkim State Government, and more than 200 Internal Committees, and 7 Local Committees on their role and responsibilities with the State and District Administrations of Delhi and Haryana. I have trained more than 5000 employees in formal workplaces, informal women workers, adolescents and students of higher educational institutions on gender and the prevention of sexual harassment at workplace. I was also responsible for building and sustaining partnerships and end-to-end client relationship management with the Foundation's CSR partners, government partners, funding agencies, including drafting proposals, project planning and reporting, as per compliance requirements. I also oversaw the communications put out by the Foundation on digital and traditional media. Show less I managed the Foundation's Making Workplaces program, which focuses on creating safe, conducive and gender inclusive workplaces in the formal and informal sectors, developing proposals for business partners and executing facilitating training on the prevention of sexual harassment at workplace. I facilitated training of women domestic workers on issues of safety, gender and prevention of sexual harassment. I coordinated and supported a Postcard Campaign planned, conceptualised and initiated with 3000 women domestic workers, for their rights to safe and conducive workplaces. I managed interns and volunteers and led an online fundraiser campaign as a part of the Foundation's initiative that supported nearly 6000 women informal workers and their families with immediate and essential relief.
