  • Project Manager responsible for initiatives across the H&A line of business within Canada. Set up the processes and framework required to implement the discipline required to successfully deliver business and IT projects on a consistent basis while building a strong relationship between the business and IT organizations.• Led and managed $1.2 million H&A project with 4 Project Managers, one Technical Architect, 4 developers (on shore & off shore), 4 Business Analyst (BA), 1 Quality Assurance (QA) resource coupled with business functional unit heads.
