Project handling under the project manager \ construction manager, communication and inspections, site supervision, resource and material management , supervise and monitor the site activities force through foreman, monitoring the work of the subcontractors to complete the work as per Client’s satisfaction.2. Reviewing and Verification of BOQ’s, etc.3. Set up look ahead planning program for work sequence as per physical site requirements.4. Preparation of JHA’s, lifting plans, starting cards for site works, to comply with EMAL’s safety policy and regulations5. Have done a CPT testing for stone column area’s (Pre & post CPT).6. Have done zone load test (ZLT) for working\ trial areas to verify stone column design.7. Have done plate load tests (PLT) for working \ trial areas.8. Reviewing method statements, design criteria, layouts to make sure that execution will be as per the latest revised approved documents which satisfy clients specifications. Preparation of LPO's to conduct the required trainings and medical checks for the company employees who are designated to be mobilized for the Islands. 3. Preparation and following up of the LOA's for the company employees and machines, as per the requirements of individual projects in the islands.4. Fully coordination and cooperation with the co-workers to ensure that the works are running smoothly and harmonized with planned scheme.5. Preparation of contractors per-qualification questionnaires for the new tenders.6. To conduct monthly and weekly HSE meetings at site, explaining the risks and hazards involved in working and how can it be minimized.12.
