  I was fortunate to be offered the opportunity to head up the Sales team at Outsource after my experience and time working as our Technical Sales Manager and learning first hand the workflow and transition of winning and processing business from start to finish through the lifecycle of won business.My experience and time working in all areas of the company and industry has given me easily transferable skills and knowledge which provides me the benefit of not only knowing the business and industry inside out, but to know the services we sell to the smallest detail and in turn, being able to provide the best possible services to our customers. In this new role, I intend to bring a greater peace of mind to our customers and an understanding that they are being provided the most effective solution which suits their business requirement. We will also be supporting our Sales team to properly offer all the possible - and best - options to our customers and to properly transition work though the business to streamline efficiencies into the workflow.This requirement has stemmed from an ever changing industry, with technology changing at a rapid pace and goal posts subject to constant movement.
