TTC DEFTAC system has been successfully represented in the Criminal Courts and the Industrial Relations Court. Techniques from the DEFTAC system have been reviewed by the Corruptions and Crime Commission on numerous occasions when Public Officers (trained by TTC) have used force when performing their lawful duties.TTC DEFTAC techniques (when applied correctly) have always been found to comply with Use of Force guidelines during these investigations and have received positive comments.
