      Representing student interests within ICT projects for the Education portfolio of the TU/e. Part of the Change Advisory Board Education Logistics (e.g. EvaSys) and Change Advisory Board Education Learning Tools (e.g. Canvas) The ICT Governance Board was managing and outsourcing all ICT applications of the TU/e. All projects were indicated onto one of four main pillars: Education, Governance, Research and Finance.       Stichting Studiereizen GEWIS (SSG) is a foundation that operates separately from GEWIS. Bi-annually a committee that organizes a study trip is set up. The SSG board oversees this committee, SSG board members therefore experience multiple trips and thus can more easily guide the committee in organizing the studytrip trip. GEWIS is a study association with over 1500 studying members and 25 committees. During my full-time board year, I was responsible for building a new bar system. My responsibilities were setting up and managing a workgroup of developers, mapping the requirements based upon the associations preferences, and communicating with the various stakeholders (e.g. bar committee, association board, treasurer).Furthermore I was mapping all IT systems and identifying future risks.
