The new design has been implemented and used in performance evaluation and job evaluation since January 2007. - Design and implement Bina Nusantara’s first specialist career track for lecturers, including develop higher education academic technical competencies. The system will be implemented in September 2011.- Design new job evaluation system to expand the job grading range using factor points system. To be implemented in 2011.- Design and implement customized performance management system for primary and secondary teachers. The new system has been used since July 2008.- Design and implement a employment permanency review project to help prioritize the use of head count budgets. This project has been rolled out since January 2009. - Design Bina Nusantara’s talent pool review to identify the best employees which will be given an accelerated development and career planning. The review will be implemented in October 2009.- Improve Bina Nusantara’s career scholarship to fund employee’s study advancement. The improved policies has been used since July 2007.- Act as a project manager in SAP HR implementation, whose role is to be the subject matter expert in Bina Nusantara’s HR business processes and coordinate with the implementation vendor, as well as, liaise with top management for decision making. The system is “Go Live” on 1 April 2009.- Coordinate other Talent Management managers in formulating yearly strategic plans and budgets. Show less As a caretaker, I am responsible to lead and coordinate works of 3 staffs, which as a team is responsible in executing annual training plan, conducting training needs analysis, and monitor and approve training or development budgets.Achievements:- Design and execute annual training plan and budgets. In 2007, the percentage of training plan executed within the timeframe and budgets planned, reached over 90%Implement an incentive program for internal trainers or module developers, which has increase the number of internally resourced training and save external training budgets. The system is still used until now.- Introduce a project-based development work bound as a knowledge retention and application effort. Every developments must include plans within a certain timeframe to ensure that the new knowledge gets applied. This initiative has also helped improved the attraction level of employees to be sent for expensive training which might lead to time-based work bound. The policy is introduced in 2008. Show less As a senior officer, which is a specialized technical position, I am responsible in executing performance management system, job evaluation and analysis, competency development, succession management, and developing Human Resources Information System, under the guidance of PCM manager.Achievements:- Analyze and prepare recommendation on routine processes, such as job transfer request, organization restructuring, and job evaluation process. The recommendation will be given to PCM manager for final decision.- Analyze performance management results, including conducting normalization process based on force ranking concepts.- Design performance management handbook to help socialize the policies and procedures of Bina Nusantara’s performance management system. The handbook is still used until now.- Conduct communication sessions to socialize PCM’s performance management system and job evaluation policies.- Coordinate with Information Technology to develop and improve Bina Nusantara’s Human Resources Information System. The HRIS is still used until now.- Improve Bina Nusantara’s talent scholarship for potential high school students to enroll in Bina Nusantara university.
