Consisting of 250 hours of classroom instruction on anatomy, physiology, nutritional counseling, program design, and general training safety. And 250 hours of practical, hands on application, “client simulations” with fellow students. Upon completion, Diploma in Professional Personal Training, Nutritional Consultant, First Aid, AED and CPR Certifications.
