      Branded as 1ENGAGE, I was responsible for developing core product of enterprise-grade software (a fancy way of saying a system so robust it could probably survive a small apocalypse) designed as a Customer Data Platform (CDP) together with team of engineers and product designers. The core product unified and integrated customer data from various sources, creating a comprehensive view of each customer to support business retention strategies. 1ENGAGE leveraged WhatsApp as a tool for both data collection and customer engagement.In the first three months, I successfully launched a helpdesk platform as part of the CDP module. This platform streamlined business interactions with customers while creating a robust data pipeline to the core module, enabling the development of advanced CDP features.Also Influenced C-level stakeholders to deprecate a legacy API platform, leading to a 95% cost reduction and a fundamental shift in the organization's API business model.Beyond product development, I collaborated closely with the VP of Product to identify and execute commercial opportunities through strategic partnerships. Together, we designed a commercial framework that empowered our sales team to engage with key partners and gather client requirements. My primary focus was ensuring requirement sign-offs to guarantee alignment and successful implementation — essentially playing therapist, translator, and cheerleader all in one.
