In this we were exposed to various wet lab techniques and equipments such as Culturing Technique, Spectrometer, Autoclave Machine, Ice Machine, Laminar Air Flow, Tissue Culture Room etc. Culturing of 'shatavri plant'. Learnt preparation of MS Media using growth hormones such as BAP and Zeatin, Cutting and Sterilization of Explants and Culturing explants into media.It gave me both theroritical and practical exposure of plant tissue culture technique. The Internship included research of all the details on the topic along with business and financial aspect for the farming technology. Was responsible for the detailed literature study on the topic along with extracting information from vendors and workers working in the same industry.
