I was recruited from Big 6 public accounting to achieve fast paced company turn-around and high growth profit increase. I was responsible for over 80 employees in financial, distribution, legal, human resources and information system divisions. Selected achievements:• Valued and completed several acquisitions over 9 years to facilitate high growth.• Completely automated a distribution center which increased shipping accuracy by 99% utilizing technologies never before implemented in the United States.• Lead a team that planned, developed, and rolled out a proprietary point of sale and back office software for corporate and franchise stores that allowed real time reporting and measurement of profit metrics, as well as stabilized inventory mix and increased inventory turns by 25% while increasing franchise royalties by 8%. ICM is one of the founders of ethanol production in the USA with its technology being utilized in over 60% of the domestic ethanol production and contributing for more than 1/3 of the world’s ethanol production. I lead the International Business Development (IBD), finance and IT teams consisting of approximately 30 employees encompassing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, management and reporting in a high growth environment.
