      NZRT-18 is Hutt City's Rescue Response Team. It is managed by Hutt Valley Emergency Management Office (HVEMO). Which is based at the Hutt City Council.The team responds to civil defence emergencies as part of Greater Wellington's rescue response network and other incidentswhen requested. We work closely with Wellingtons local authorities and New Zealands Professional emergency services including Fire,Police and Ambulance Service.
