The University of Washington implemented Workday through a three year Financial Transformation project that represented a $370 million program, managing change for over 10,000 direct users across a $2 billion institution. I worked as a Change Manager directly in central finance to prepare them for the major changes, training gaps, and the necessary process and security needs to transition to Workday. I worked with central finance and the main project team across technical, system design, communications, change management, and training to address issues and prepare the 200+ staff in central finance for the go-live.
