The team has grown from 6 permanent and 2 contractor engineers to a current total of 11 permanent and 1 contract engineers in the 2 years that I have held this position.The Vaulting services are tightly integrated with Sungard Availability Services' High Availability, and Business Continuity service offerings, and the team also provides 3rd level support to the other Sungard Availability Services teams who deliver those services. During my time in the role we have developed enhanced processes to best deliver the IT recovery element of business continuity processes, some of which has been achieved by process changes, and large elements by the development of bespoke automation.
