  I was originally hired by KOSI 101.1 FM to host the "Kosi Copacabana"; a live interactive Saturday night disco radio show.A few months later, I began hosting "Kosi After Dark" (Sunday-Friday); It started out as a typical love song request and dedication show. before evolving into nightly topics Yet in the place of interviewing guests and listeners, I had conversations with them on the air instead. The sound of the show resembled the juicy conversations you hear at a cocktail party.

  Without any prior on-camera television experience, I was hired by TV 7 News to host their new weekly entertainment report. Each week I interviewed people at the movies, asking them on-camera to discuss the movie they had just seen. I also co-edited each segment plus quickly wrote, then voiced any additional copy necessary to wrap the piece up. Prior to the weekly shoot each week, I wrote a loose script to follow since I did not have a teleprompter. My segment ran every Thursday during the 11am, 5pm, 6pm, 10pm news casts. Show less

  I collaborated with the legendary Joe Montione to create a new type of night show; a Talk & Music hybrid with listener interaction minus the high school dedication aspect.I was constantly broadcasting live from locations our listeners patronized at night; coffee shops, night clubs, street fairs, grocery stores, you name it-we we're there My live broadcasts also provided additional revenue for our station and our advertisers, plus a lot of good will in the community.
