  My responsibilities at Trenter Oil Co.were sales and delivery of fuel and oil. My territory was southern Grundy County, where I developed many relationships that I still have today.

  I started my career as a Fuel Salesman driving a truck in southern Grundy County. After about 15 years, I was moved into a sales only position for a few years and then on to Marketing Manager. I moved back to sales a couple years ago and enjoy every minute of it. I have been certified through the Growmark system as a Petroleum Product Specialist as well as an Energy Management Specialist. My sales territory includes the counties of LaSalle, Kendall and Grundy. I've been in the fuel business for over 25 years and have witnessed many changes in the industry. I think that's what's kept my interest over the years. You never know what's coming next.My day consists of making sales of fuel, oil and DEF fluid to prospects and current customers. I'm involved in hedging for my customers and informing them about the market trends. I do all diesel fuel sampling and problem solving that may occur for our customers. From purchases to pricing and sales, I'm heavily involved in our bulk oil business. I also represent my company in any customer relation issues when they arise. As far as my home life goes, I've been married for 24 years to my amazing wife Melissa. We have three great kids:Jake, Molly, and Josie. I'm proud to say that they are all growing into responsible adults. My free time consists of carp fishing, which has become my weekend passion. I have been an avid baseball fan my whole life---GO Redsox----Go Cubs !!! Show less
