Blend of green field capex, strategic acquisition, private equity buyouts, restructured debt financing, recourse and non-recourse share financing.b) Key Transactions - A) Structured TL of EUR 30 MM for implementation of 300 MW AC/465 MW DC solar power project. B) USD 50 MM bilateral committed greenfield capex financing (pharma and healthcare) C) Final hold of USD 10 MM in a Uni-tranche cum acquisition facility for sponsor backed acquisition of existing bank client. D) USD 50 MM restructured debt sanction in a hived off restructured entity for debt buyout by ARC. E) USD 10 MM margin-loan backed by listed shares of an agro-chemical company.C) Successful in closely monitoring ‘at-risk’ assets by ensuring tight cash sweep structures, tripartite agreements, continuous engagement with ARCs and syndication for debt sell-down.
