  Co-Founder Of Local 2501/Bargaining Committee Person. I help ensure and create job security for over +100 food service workers at our AirBNB account Campuses in both San Francisco and Portland, with the expectation of doubling our unionized workers in size by late 2019. I along with the other members of our bargaining commitee ensure workers recive fair and equal wages, work life balance, health care, benefits and fair treatment of workers. We also play a role in the local politics of San Francisco. the members of our union are consider to be amongst the highest paid food service workers in the state of California and have been deemed the "Gold Standard" for unionized workers within the industry.
