  I was hired over 8 years ago as a clerk. Within my first year I was trained to be a Pharmacy Technician. My duties now include full time work at both Sharrow Drugs, Inc. and Zimbric Pharmacy, their sister store. I am also the DME coordinator for Medicare at the Zimbric location. I work closely with insurance billing, customer service, and technical work. I also take care of all the contracting with insurance companies for both stores. I call to get all the contracts, fill them out, go over them, and make sure the managers sign them before they go out. I’m very Medicare/Medicaid knowledgeable, and have learned to be a great problem solver and multitasker because of this. The extent of my knowledge is great because of the close, one on one, relationship with the privately owned Pharmacy I work for. I believe that the experience I have from this place is much greater than I could have ever imagined when I was hired as a clerk those 8 years ago. Show less
