  SNRI is producing valves for oil and gaz industries.I was in charge of the after sales department for Marine application.I had to develop the after sales on a worldwide region and I was in close contact with the shipbuilders as SHI, DSME, HHI and also with the ship-owners as BP Shipping, Shell, Hyproc, MISC.I developed well the after sales market in 3 years as we went from 500k€ per year to 3M€.

  Volvo Penta is part of Volvo Group and is working on the marine and industrial engine side.We only produce and sells engines and their accessories.As Application Engineer, I'm in charge of testing and validation of the installations done with our engines in our customer's machines.In terms of sales, I'm responsible of business development of Volvo Penta industrial engines on the French market.

  BENALU is producing aluminum trailers in north of France. Leader on French market we are also developping our activity to all Europe.I'm in charge from July 2014 of warranty department, managing a team of 3 people.Main objective is to develop our dealer network and make it alive and autonomous as much as possible.Since January 2016, I'm also in charge of spare parts department.I'm currently managing a team 10 persons with 4 salesman for spare parts, 1 purchaser dedicated to the after sales, 3 technicians and 2 administratives.Dealer network management and increase of the sales are my two main objectives.   Created in 1991, SRA, based in Nantes (France), became a VOLVO PENTA dealer for marine engines in 1995 and industrial engines in 1997.After many years of partnership with VOLVO PENTA, SRA became a VOLVO PENTA Center for Marine leisure, Marine commercial and Industrial activities. In 2012, a second office is created and its own training center is implemented in order to train all the service network and then provide great efficiency in servicing for our customers. In 2013, on partner's request, SRA starts to work on international businesses. A dedicated service is created to answer quickly in a most Professional way to your export/import request.Well known for its reactivity, expertise and availability, SRA has based its success on great technical knowledge, engine availability, large spare parts wareehouse with more than 10 000 references available and a continuous desire to serve you better.
