  Job responsibilities as a Credit Risk Analyst include the following: Credit Risk assessment of new and existing Corporate & Investment Banking Proposals of Conventional and Islamic both of around PKR 361Bn (USD 3.08 Bn) protfolio with emphasis on Customer’s Management, Financials, Industry, Repayment Capacity, Collateral Adequacy, Regulatory & Economic Analysis, and Account Conduct. Credit Risk assessment of designated IPP's Proposals.  Review and ensure credit applications are in compliance with the credit policy, regulatory requirements, and procedures of the bank and highlight exceptions, if any. Ensure Compliance in all approvals. Prepare Credit Risk Appraisal summary / detailed notes with appropriate recommendations for approval, rejection or amendments based on credit analysis. Review and prepare financial models for transactions initiated from Investment Banking Group. Conduct security analysis. Analyze collateral coverage and compare the same with those provided to other lenders of the obligor and highlight any shortcomings in bank’s position. Use Financial and Qualitative Analysis for internal credit rating recommendations. Assist Risk Manager in other assignments undertaken and as delegated from time to time. Keep informed of changes in economic and/or market conditions that might affect credit risk. Develop financial related MIS / Presentations for Senior Management, Board Risk Management Committee and in-house departments on quarterly basis. Co-ordinate with in-house departments for reconciliation of credit related irregularities.
