I'm responsible for non-profit administration, including program development, grants management, budget preparation and fiscal oversight, quality improvement, community outreach (events, publications, public speaking), human resources, and tech support.I served as Associate Director from 1997 to 2012 and as Co-Executive Director with Sr. Kathleen Minchin founding Executive Director until her retirement in July, 2017.
