  Assist and advise Divisional Manager to draw up capital expenditure & disposal programme.- Analyse and set up, together with Div Manage, and Regional Plant & Fleet Manager the Capital Expenditure request (including 5-year forecast) and a plan for disposals.- Prioritise with the Div Manager and Regional Plant & Fleet Manager CapEx requests- Follow-up completion of the order in specification and delivery with Regional & Group Plant and Fleet Manager.- Realisation of company asset valuation in conjunction with Group Plant & Fleet Manager.- Question the need for spot hires both vehicles and plant to help increase own asset utilisation.- Manage and optimise performance of the fleet and or workshops at an economical cost.- Draw-up equipment-by-equipment the R&M plant budget and submit to Div Manager.- Draw-up plant department budget for each area.- Update the budget during the year-B1 ETC and keeping to time table.- Fix limit of competence for Plant & Fleet team under your control if applicable and monitor performance- Decide in conjunction with the Div Manager and any major/ important repairs- Draw-up detailed order for specific or expensive repairs- Sign invoice for completed work up to the financial authority level - Ensure that the fleet follows the Group livery policy- Identify training needs for Plant and Fleet team in your area of responsibility.- Put in place processes for: Workshop/fleet management with SAP (Kheopps) Quality management Daily check sheets- Appraise and provide training proposals for the plant and fleet team- Lead, advice and monitor all plant and fleet operations in your area.- Follow-up recruitment and training of fitters.
