  As a roll cage head my role was to design, analyse and fabricate the chassis of the ATV using professional techniques. This involved end to end manufacturing using techniques like * Precision engineering* Welding* Jig manufacturing * Analysis of load distribution with virtual and real time testing. My role as roll cage engineer was * To inspect, analyse and procure optimal material considering the machining processes involved. * To understand the production process of prototype and implement the best suitable method for mass production.* To design secondary structure with load distribution points. Worked as a junior in various subsystems to learn and understand the basics of manufacturing of the vehicle. Key responsibility was to manage and improvise the inventory management system and prepare a weekly checklist for tools/consumables procurement. To learn about every part involved in the assembled in the vehicle and understand their functionality.
