  This role involved working a week alongside architects at a local studio whose built portfolio amounts to over half a billion pounds. I was set a brief of designing and modelling my own 'house for one' and was allowed the opportunity to talk to architects about their experience.

  Architecture Work Experience

  Exeter University gave me a hands-on experience of the construction industry on their ever-expanding campus. I spent a week alongside a building surveyor attending meetings and visiting sites. Watching a BIM Fly-through of one of the university's newest builds gave me an understanding of how different sectors can collaborate effectively on a single platform. I was allowed the opportunity to develop my CAD skills with a former Architect and discuss her role at the university.
