Show less • After a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal in April 2015, as a National IM Officer and Interim District Coordinator for Early Recovery Cluster at UNDP, liaised between Government bodies, UN agencies, and I/NGOs to coordinate and manage cluster-specific information. Operationalised 4Ws matrix, produced periodic reports by incorporating agency presence maps, case studies and infographic representation of achievements against indicators.• After the transition from ER to the recovery and reconstruction phase, under the UNDP's Recovery and Resilience Unit, supported the formation of the District Recovery and Reconstruction Network and UN Inter-Agency Coordination Forum. Managed data on the recovery initiatives by UN agencies and I/NGOs. Also played a vital role in forming the Livelihoods Working Group by merging Food Security and ER Clusters. • Developed an online portal based on the Drupal framework for livelihoods recovery for National Reconstruction Authority, and led agriculture-specific loss and damage assessment.       • Leading the Information Management unit of the EU-IOM Joint Initiative Programme. • Developed and implemented Returnee Information Management System (RIMS) on PHP – MySQL to streamline the programme's activities (http://rims-p-web-001/).• Achieved the hundred per cent MIMOSA compliance milestone and ensured consistent and harmonised JI Sudan data at MIMOSA, RIMS and RO online tools. • Introduced several periodic reports, produced ad hoc reports when needed, and generated infographics and GIS maps.• Developed the JI Sudan dashboard on PowerBI, allowing internal and external stakeholders access to the programme achievements and activities (https://bit.ly/37OoplE).• Organised several training programmes to build the information management capacity of the government counterparts, migrant communities, and internal project staff.• Provided guidance for the monitoring and evaluation activities. Digitalised all the paper-based surveys on the KoBo toolbox. Trained enumerators, supervised the enumeration process, analysed collected data and produced reports.• Worked with the programme support unit to manage the IOM Sudan mission-wide information.
