  2011-2012; ADRA/SSHINE USAID funded project; Health and Nutrition Promoter (Care Group Promoter) in Gogrial West county- Warrap state-Kuajok. In six PHCUs and four PHCCs.Roles and Responsibilities for H&N Promoter Restock and supplies health facilities (PHCC/PHCU) with drugs, materials and equipment’s and MLGS, TBA materials like flip charts and TBA delivery kits and check on their performance, achievement problem and respond to them according.  Train MLGS and TBA on registration of children, MUAC screening for children under five, pregnant mothers, and referral children with SAM (severe acute malnutrition and MAM children to OTP /TSFP site for treatment of malnutrition Hold health coordination meeting with CHD, HF staff, TBA, MLGS and community leaders to discuss challenges, achievement and come up with strategies for way forward.  Set up of OTP center’s under two target facilities. Collect and compile monthly, weekly,quarterly and annual report for MLGS, TBA.  Create working environment with women empowerment group (WEG), Food for Assistance staff and other department with in ADRA/SSHINE and have a strong relationship with TBA, MLGS, HF staff and CHD to ensure community are getting the services. Mobilize and conduct health education session on nutrition, hygiene and sanitations and antenatal care services for mother leader groups, traditional birth attendance.   2015 May up to 20 June 2016; World vision south Sudan-Gogrial East County Warrap state as Primary Health care officer-HPF funded project in 12 PHCUS and 2PHCCS. Provide technical support on the implementation of the basic package for health and nutrition services,  Regularly visits health facilities to ensure implementation (services provision) is based on standard protocols and guidelines for the basic package for health services in the Republic of South Sudan,  Ensure all health facilities have the necessary equipment and supplies to render quality Primary health care services such as availability of essential drugs, infection prevention and control supplies, vaccines etc.  Perform assessment of all health units supported by this project in Gogrial east county using quantified supervisory check list (QSC) for future improvement to offer quality health care services. Carry out clinical observation of health workers and conduct exit patient’s interview to assess quality of health service and offer support supervision. Organized, mobilized health workers for in-service training on various topics, and submit well compiled training reports to county health coordinator/manager. With coordination with county EPI supervisor, ensure that EPI services at outreach and routine are carried out as planned, growth monitoring, malnutrition screening, Focused antenatal, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS awareness are offered by all the Primary health facilities. With support with CHD, ensure that MNCH unit in the 2 PHCCs are operational for 24/7 hours and staff accurately follow duty roster scheduled. Regular weekly and monthly reporting to WVSS HPF Project manager on progress of activities implementation. Support county health department to carry out performance appraisal (evaluation) for health facilities staff as based on agreed targets. Actively participate in weekly, monthly meetings, and quarterly meeting organized at County level.
