  As a Product Trainer I am an expert in using and working with enfore's hardware and software. I use my skills in training to tailor each session to the needs of the end user, in order to help them save time and resources whilst running their business. My main tasks include:- Designing and conducting product training for face-to-face / online workshops in German, French and English. This could be an initial onboarding, an system update or a review of a particular area of the system- Supporting partners at events and customer meetings in order to give detailed answers and demos of the system- Frequent check-ins with our partners to assess whether refresher workshops are necessary and whether the current training plan needs to be altered- Onboarding workshops for new employees, and later continuous professional development with updates within the company Show less
