I lead on the operational side of Recruitment which includes the utilisation of the e-Recruitment system and have become an internal expert on the system, most of which has been self-taught. I have orchestrated the full utilisation of the system, including introduction and implementation of e-DBS (formerly CRB) which lead to a significant reduction in the length of time to hire, as well as automating the Occupation health, reference, professional registration and ID processes. I have lead on several projects from commencing to completion, as well as being an integral part of both large and small teams. As part of my Deputy Recruitment Manager duties, I am responsible for planning and facilitating recruitment campaigns, in including the use of Social Media. I am trained on LinkedIn Recruiter and use this regularly to source candidates. I also deal with any informal concerns and formal complaints made against the Recruitment process. During an investigation, I liaise with all parties involved in a sensitive and impartial manner, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times as well as abiding to all legislation and National and Trust codes of conduct. On a daily basis I am required to analysis and make judgments on fairly minor to considerably major decisions Show less
