As vice president, I am in charge of managing all social media and our website, growing our Instagram following to over 12k. I spearheaded many campaigns, including a food insecurity initiative that helped feed thousands of families in Los Angeles through partnerships with food banks, grocery stores, and group homes, and an educational technology access initiative that leveraged donations to get technology into the hands of dozens of aspiring, underprivileged students.   As the Freshman Representative for the Japanese Student Association at Columbia University, I organize events to strengthen the Japanese community on campus, including curry cooking competitions and traditional undoukai (Japanese sports day), for a club with over 80 active members. Throughout the year, I have been responsible for outreach and campus community engagement, contributing to social media campaigns and helping raise $8,000 in sponsorships. I now lead marketing and sponsorship efforts for the 2025 Matsuri Spring Festival, the club's most notable annual event, where I have secured over $13,000 in sponsorships and managed relationships with 12 external vendors.
