  Currently working on 270 TPD state of the art, Wheat Flour Milling facility from Buhler Switzerland.My responsibilities include:• Looking after intake and preclearing of wheat to ensure that wheat procurement is as per defined rules and cleaning efficiency is optimized• Segregation of different type of wheat• Wheat cleaning section machines adjustment and maintenance• Planning daily production as per sale order generated. This includes blending of different wheats to achieve desired results. • Tempering of wheat• Setting up of mill recipe to meet the desired quantity and quality of product.• Making product table and checking break release adjustment.• Coordinating with QC team to ensure that the product is as per set parameters.• R & D to make special products for customers with specific requirements.• Blending of finished products• Enzyme addition• Responsible for conducting day-to-day operation activities along with Mechanical and Electrical maintenance department• Managing Labor to ensure daily operations and housekeeping.• Implementation of GMP and ISO standards.• Responsible for correspondence with vendors.• Communication with customers in case of quarries or complaint.• Preparing daily production reports to keep track of progress along with maintenance sheets.• Inventory management of spare parts and finished products.
