Here’s a glimpse into what I do:1- Market Analysis & Research: I work with diverse teams to shape our product vision and create detailed roadmaps by conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. This insight directly informs product development, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and customer expectations.2- Managing the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch. This includes planning and executing product launches.3- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Communication is key in my role. I regularly interact with teams from engineering, marketing, and sales to make sure our products hit the mark technically and meet our customers' needs.4- Building Vehicle Lineups: Based on above activities, and all information related to the vehicle that comes from the vehicle brand owner, I draft our vehicles' accessories lineup for each year model. Show less ALJACS is a department created with the purpose of developing genuine accessoriesMain Accountabilities:• Organize and follow-up activities for the new product design projects including New features and product module implementation• Work on team to plan, develop, implement, approve, control and follow parts through the development life cycle• Review and approve CAD data drawings and conduct design review• Responsible of ensuring the projects are delivered as per required specs through close communication with TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation), Quality, Supply Chain, Technicians, and Supplier Development• Prepare & manage project management, progress tracking, timing plans, risk, and the reporting of project status• Utilize soft skills to communicate and negotiate effectively.
