  * Deploy LEAN MANUFACTURING philosophy and tools within production lines.* Deploy Factory of Futur technology ( MES , electronic Workstation, electronic Build To Track)* Perform and lead weekly Lean Manufacturing workshops (SMED, Hoshin, Muda Hunting, Stop Scrap, TPM ) to reduce MUDA .* Maintain the standard deployment with On Job Training Concept.* Lead the site LAYOUT evolution according to MTP strategy (WIP calculation, equipment implementation ) and survey the physical flow activities.*Lead the Warehouse optimisation workshop( FING Surface ccalculation, IN/Output flow implementation according to HSE rules,TPA layout simulation and implementation)* Reporting, monitor and control Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from dashboard.* Establish Kanban System in Injection and assembly Lines.* Staff training about the concepts and tools of Lean Manufacturing "5S, KOSU, standard Respect, Stop Scrap , QRQC, ERIM ...
