  Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of the Operations team for a 100-person, $100M technology distribution company. Responsible for the performance of all department functions including purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, receiving, customer maintenance, contract administration, and facilities management. Establish key reporting metrics to monitor department performance. As a member of the IT Core Team, led the Operations team through the implementation of Epicor to replace Cranel’s legacy ERP / CRM systems. Over the course of a two-year project defined requirements, developed and tested procedures, documented processes, and trained all Operations team members. • Implemented a multi-level Material Resource Planning (MRP) system and trained teams on how to set up parts, BOMs, jobs, and PO Suggestions as part of their everyday processes. • Managed the data migration to convert our items, inventory, and open purchase orders into new ERP system. Converted over $5.8M of inventory with a variance of only $8.
