      CBO: Provided support for CBO manager with AR (Medicare and commercial), posting insurance payments, patient payments as well as identifying over payments and preparing refund requisition for accounting. Back-up to Support Services for customer service, clinic cashier and in-house mail room.Administration: Directed all administrative and project support efforts relating to credentialing, re-credentialing, license renewal, initial and re-appointment process for medical staff privileges at area facilities, maintenance of confidential provider information contained in hard files as well as CAQH and NPPES databases. While serving in this role and upon implementation of pre-certification for advanced imaging procedures by BCBS AL, I coordinated all requests for MRI/CT requests made by Norwood Clinic physicians to facilitate approval by CCN for such imaging to be performed.
