Debremarkos University

I have been attending at Debremakros University in the department of Project Planning and Management. This has been a great opportunity to master in the area of project management and planning. I have run lots of projects for over ten years now with my prior background and knowledge. Now, I found it very essential to upgrade my capacity in this area with skills and knowlede that is gained from the college. I will complete in 2016 and hope I will contribute more in the field.

Leadership is more of learned than born. I feel that I had something in my background towards leading but well understood that learning should go side by side with that of leading. That took me to college to do more in leadership. I learned a lot more than I had expected. It has made me more humble than ever before. The more I learn the more I become humble. I still want to give more so I need to learn more as well.

Language base for many things. This University gave me English Language Skills and advanced level Languages Proficiency. I completed Languages and Literature as major and History ( Ethiopian,African and World) as minor. All these things led me to other areas being good tools to unpack various doors of disciplines,

Bakke Graduate University

Activities and Societies: Graduated on 2 June 2018 My Doctoral Degree focuses on transformational leadership that will have an impact on the community I am serving. I have been in senior leadership positions for over 10 years which has helped me a lot to contribute more in a well organised way to reconcile experience with that of scientific approaches and theories. I have proceeded a lot of leadership theory and practice trainings manuals that are going to be published in the near future.
