      As the primary editor, creator, and project manager for a customer-facing email newsletter, I increased sales four-fold to $1.3 million in the first year, outperforming the previous year's program in just six months. I managed a weekly customer-facing email program driving $200 million in revenue, edited homepage, site banners, and promotional landing pages, and wrote engaging content for the company blog. I created and enforced a brand style guide, trained and managed copywriting staff, and developed strategy and content for major online marketing promotions.       As the leader of a 150-person team of self-recruited volunteers, I created the Alphabet Accessibility Academy, which offers education to over 180K Googlers on disability inclusion and accessibility. I scaled the grassroots live instruction model into a scalable, polished, multi-level program with a user-focused curriculum and accessible product design. My efforts were recognized with an internal award for Programs & Operational Excellence, and I now advise other L&D teams on program development and improvement. I successfully migrated 2K learners to a new LMS and doubled program engagement to 4K within one month of launch.
